In matters of health & fitness, it is important to look at science. However, watch out for the shallow statistical noise, as empiricism side-stepped ahead of scientific explanations and deluge you with correlations posing as spurious causations.
Our Neurohormal System is like a spring – that stretches/compress when required and retraces to normaly quickly and fully.
Exercise is basically a simulation to the archetypal flight or fight response of the Caveman.
A New Year Resolution is a resolve to initiate a new practice or habit or to carry on a certain act, in order to achieve a certain goal. This typically involves taking a quantum leap from a prevailing state of affairs – habit, behaviour or condition.
The point that I am trying to make is that the clock is ticking. It is ticking for me, as I write this; it is ticking for you as you read this!
Do not squander your time on frivolous matter.
The degeneration in the capability to handle variability is spontaneous and autopoietic; to impede it, calls for efforts.
